Privacy Policy

The App is an internal, read-only keyword research tool used only by McInnovated staff. It connects to the Google Ads API to look up keyword ideas, search volume, competition, and estimated bid ranges for specific locations. We use this information to plan advertising and SEO strategy for our business and our clients. The App is not offered to the public, and it does not create, change, or manage any ads, campaigns, budgets, or bids.

When a McInnovated team member signs in with Google and grants permission, the App uses the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to access:

• Keyword Planner data: keyword ideas, average monthly searches, competition levels, and top-of-page bid estimates.
• Location targeting data: Google Ads location names and IDs (for example, a city, county, or ZIP code).
• Basic account information needed to make requests, such as the Google Ads account ID.

The App does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google services, and it does not collect personal information about members of the public.

• To research search demand and advertiser competition in local markets.
• To plan Google Ads and SEO strategy for McInnovated and our clients.
• To prepare summarized research for our own clients.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals.

• Sign-in credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored only on McInnovated computers, in local files that are not shared or published.
• Keyword research results are cached on those computers for up to 7 days to reduce repeated requests, then refreshed or deleted.
• Data is transmitted to and from Google over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• We do not store Google user data on any public server or third-party database.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide our services to our own clients (in summarized reports), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice.

McInnovated's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cached research data is kept for up to 7 days. Exported reports are kept only as long as needed for client work. You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete any data related to you, contact us using the details below.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Google Ads tag or Meta Pixel), to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our marketing. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring website. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
