These terms explain how our website and the McInnovated Keyword Research App may be used. Please read them before using our services.

By using this website or the McInnovated Keyword Research App (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the App. If you are using these on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
The App is an internal, read-only keyword research tool used only by McInnovated staff. It connects to the Google Ads API to look up keyword ideas, search volume, competition, and estimated bid ranges for specific locations. We use this information to plan advertising and SEO strategy for our business and our clients. The App is not offered to the public, and it does not create, change, or manage any ads, campaigns, budgets, or bids.
McInnovated provides digital marketing services to family-owned businesses on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including website design and development, Google Business Profile and local SEO, reviews and reputation management, social media management, missed-call text-back and automations, and Google Ads and paid marketing.
The specifics of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement between McInnovated and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement controls.

McInnovated's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The App uses the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to access keyword planner data, location targeting data, and basic account information needed to make requests. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google services.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to McInnovated and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission. Client websites we build are transferred to the client under the terms of the client agreement.
Our services and this website may use third-party tools and platforms, such as Google, Meta, and other providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and how your business handles the leads we help generate. The only result we feature is the $130,000 in extra revenue our systems brought in for our own family's dental clinic over three months. That result is specific to that business and is not a promise of what any other business will earn. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.
Fees for our services are set out in the client agreement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, fees are due as agreed and are not refundable except where required by law. The free website offer is provided at no cost to qualifying family businesses under the terms described on the Free Website page, and you keep the site whether we continue working together or not.
This website and the App are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, McInnovated disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site or App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, McInnovated and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the App, or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold McInnovated harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or App or your violation of these Terms.
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website or App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Mississippi.
